Agape Mobile Heart Foundation welcomes partnership conversations with hospitals, clinics, rural health organizations, community organizations, churches, senior centers, tribal communities, funders, and others who share a commitment to improving access to cardiac diagnostic services.

Our goal is to help support practical, community-centered ways to bring needed cardiac imaging services closer to people who may face long travel distances, delayed testing, limited specialty access, or financial barriers to care.

Hospitals & Clinics

Agape seeks to collaborate with healthcare organizations that understand the needs of rural and underserved patients. Potential partnerships may include outreach planning, rural access initiatives, community screening coordination, grant-supported access programs, and compliant partnership pathways with appropriate provider oversight.

Community Organizations

Agape welcomes conversations with churches, senior centers, nonprofit organizations, tribal communities, and local leaders who may be aware of community members facing barriers to cardiac diagnostic access.
