Our Mission

Agape Mobile Heart Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nevada. We exist to help expand access to cardiac diagnostic services for rural and underserved communities through mobile outreach, hospital collaboration, community partnerships, and grant-supported access initiatives.

Our goal is simple: help bring cardiac imaging closer to people who may face long travel distances, delayed testing, limited specialty access, or financial barriers to care.

What We Do

Agape Mobile Heart Foundation works to support improved access to cardiac diagnostic services through mobile outreach, rural health partnerships, hospital collaboration, community education, and grant-supported access initiatives.

Our focus is on helping communities where patients may face long travel distances, delayed testing, limited specialty access, or financial barriers to care.

Agape does not replace hospitals, clinics, physicians, or licensed healthcare providers. Our role is to help support access, partnerships, planning, outreach, and funding pathways that bring needed cardiac diagnostic services closer to underserved communities.
