Our Mission

Agape Mobile Heart Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nevada. We work to expand access to cardiovascular care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults who face geographic, financial, or healthcare access barriers through mobile outreach, hospital and community partnerships, care coordination, and grant-supported initiatives.

Our goal is simple: help bring cardiovascular care closer to children, families, and adults who face long travel distances, delayed testing, limited specialty access, or financial barriers to care.

What We Do

Agape Mobile Heart Foundation works to expand access to cardiovascular services through mobile outreach, rural and tribal health partnerships, hospital collaboration, pediatric and adult cardiovascular access initiatives, care coordination, community education, and grant-supported programs.

Our focus is on helping children, families, and adults in communities where distance, limited specialty access, financial barriers, or gaps in care can delay cardiovascular evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Agape does not replace hospitals, clinics, physicians, pediatric specialists, cardiologists, or other licensed healthcare providers. Our role is to support access, partnerships, program development, community outreach, care coordination, and funding pathways that help bring needed cardiovascular services closer to children, families, and adults in underserved communities.
