AbOUT Agape Mobile Heart Foundation
Agape Mobile Heart Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nevada. Our purpose is to expand access to cardiovascular care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in rural, tribal, and underserved communities where patients and families may face long travel distances, delayed testing, limited specialty access, transportation challenges, or financial barriers to care.
Agape works to expand cardiovascular access through mobile outreach, hospital and healthcare partnerships, rural and tribal health collaboration, pediatric and adult cardiovascular access initiatives, care coordination, community engagement, and grant-supported programs.
Our focus is simple: help bring cardiovascular care closer by working with hospitals, healthcare providers, pediatric and adult cardiovascular specialists, rural and tribal health partners, community organizations, and philanthropic partners to develop sustainable pathways that improve access, coordination, and follow-up care.
